We know that before launching any automation, it\u2019s important to make sure everything works as expected. While our platform currently doesn\u2019t support sending test notifications, there are a few practical ways you can run tests without any issues.<\/p>\n

1. Use Mercado Pago test credentials<\/h3>\n

Mercado Pago provides a testing environment that allows you to simulate payments without using real money. These credentials let you test different scenarios (approved, rejected, pending payments, etc.).<\/p>\n

You can enter these test credentials in our platform and perform the necessary tests to ensure the automation is responding correctly.<\/p>\n

2. Run a real test with a low amount<\/h3>\n

A more direct and practical option is to create a real payment link with a small amount. This way, you can see how the entire flow behaves (from payment to the automated action) using your production credentials.<\/p>\n

This method is useful not only to confirm that the automation is triggered, but also to verify that the credentials being used are correct.<\/p>\n

3. Use the actual amount and issue a refund<\/h3>\n

If you already have a final amount set, you can also test with that exact value. After the test, simply go to your Mercado Pago account and issue a refund for the payment.<\/p>\n

This is a great way to test the exact experience your customer will have, without altering amounts or conditions.<\/p>\n
